Disable Master Effect? was created by Fredoooooooo
Hello, i know its a confusing Question, but is it possible to remove Master Effect from ReShade?
Because i read that it has the biggest Performance hit on FPS.
And i don't use any Effects from there.

Is it possible or not?
Sorry for my bad English, i'm Austrian :cheer:

If no effects from it are enabled, then there is no performance hit.

So is there a way to find out which Effects had most impact on FPS? Or is somewhere a list?
Or must i disable Effects and enable to look which one is it?

You think the wrong way round. By default, no effects in the Framework or MasterEffect are enabled. Enabling an effect increases load on GPU, it's depending on the effect how much. You just enable the effects you really need. If you have low fps using many effects, try lower the amount of used effects. Basically Depth of Field and Ambient Occlusion and Ambient Light are demanding effects.

I use no Master Effects, only some from GEMFX such as AL and Lensflare - but i found out that the Hit comes from AL.
Reduced the Effects and no i have only 2 FPS less.

Thx for the learning Lesson ^^
