Is it using reversed or logarithmic depth buffer? or both?
And is the depth upside down or normal?

Everything standard worked for me. Except I had to crank up the far plane.

Standard? what are the standard settings for you
I am using the Framework with reversed and logarithmic depth turned on and I have some issues already.

It's the same as previous games, even Fallout 4 doesn't use logarithmic so just disable inverted, swapped and logarithmic. :)
