Reshade 3.0 MXAO not working in some games?

Hi,

Have to say first of all, thanks for Reshade 3.0. It absolutely rocks! I wouldn't play a game again without it.

One thing I've noticed though is that the MXAO shader doesn't seem to work (doesn't do anything) in certain games. I use the MXAO shader in Blade and Soul which is DirectX9 and it works and looks great and the effect strength can be configured etc but when I try it in other more recent games (Battlefield 4, Shadow of Mordor, Far Cry 4) it doesn't seem to do anything at all? Is there something I need to do to get it to work on these newer titles or this is a DirectX 11 limitation?

Disable in-game MSAA or SSAA and Ambient Occlusion, and depth buffer will be able to be used.
