Does ReShade have a load order?

I'm trying to figure out if there's a specific load order for the shaders.
If you blow out whites in a shader and try to bring it back in the next it doesn't feel quite natural.

Is reshade a screenbased 8bit post process ? or does it take into account linear values 32bit.
Is there a way to change the order of the shaders?
