I have a question regarding the mightiness of Reshade shaders. Let's say we have a 50 Hz monitor:
  1. Does Reshade know of the 50 Hz / 20 ms refresh rate?
  2. Can a shader copy the current frame and use information about it on the next frame (when the next one is ready)?
  3. Can a shader delay/time how long a frame will be shown by placing a new frame into the back buffer?

No, this is not possible with the features ReShade exposes.
