LUT Corruption with higher tile count and size

For what ever reason LUT.fx will not read my LUT right at a higher tile and size. I have been using lightroom for tuning.
My game resolution it 2560X1440 I Used BMP and PNG formats
My LUT gives a red tint with weird zebra stripe action.
