I am pretty sure 'f' means a float value. Just ignore it and put the number you want in front of the 'f'. I.E. 1.0f, 7f, 20f.

Nothing. It's syntactic sugar, usually to differentiate between single precision floating point numbers and double precision floating point numbers. But since there are no doubles here, it's superfluous and just there for developers who are familar with the concept.
