Have Reshade + Framework disabled as Default?

How can i have Reshade + Framework disabled as Default?

So when i get into the game i can press a key to enable it then?

It will help me to load Gta V FASTER

In the Common_settings.cfg set RFX_Start_Enabled to 0

Note that this doesn't disable it completly in case of the framework pack. Some utility shaders continue to run, so the slowdown in GTA V is still there.
