Greetings:

I'd like to know the opinion of the most experienced ones about what would be the best adjustment to achieve an eye adaptation that, for example, when looking at the sun, produces an initial intense brightness that quickly fades away, or the effect when coming out of a tunnel.

It would be an initial idea so that you can then go and polish it up.

Thanks.

Reshade currently and in almost all cases receives a texture from the game that already has adaptation applied by the game engine, thus, changing the brightness values based on scene brightness would only be a "fake adaptation" that is just increasing or decreasing contrasts/white point.

This is also why there aren't 10 different tonemappers for ReShade, as that part is handled in the game engine.
