Hi all, I would like to know if there is an unsharp mask shader like in photoshop. With blending settings. I would like to experiment in games.

Exist.I find it in loxa's shaders.You can download it when you install Reshade

There is Unsharp.fx but it is not an Unsharp mask like in Photoshop, the filter that is in Reshade removes fog or poor visibility.
P.S I found this shader, but it is not included in the Reshade installer.
