"5xBR" Filter

Hi!

I ported 5xBR shader from " https://github.com/libretro/common-shaders/blob/master/xbr/shaders/legacy/5xbr-v4.0-noblend.cg "

This shader only works with pixelated games (like Mugen). With other games maybe occurs glitches.

If you want more sharpen result, use with "AdaptiveSharpen" filter.

4xbrz shader
STRENGTH = HEIGHT / ORIGINAL HEIGHT

But this shader´╝î I can't get the correct value of streight

This shader works different. Generally "Strength = 1.5" works fine.

And, xBRz shaders always as good as xBR shaders.
