Unreal Engine 4-like Bloom

I would love to see a Bloom shader with Colored Bloom + Colored lensdirt (using the original lensdirt texture i exported)

I use the MasterEffect one but the lensdirt doesn't change the color, and i can't use the Framework because its too heavy for my PC. Having a bloom-shader only would be perfect for a few games i play.
