Witcher 3 e3 2014 Violet lense flare

Hello, I am not a modder and tried to make it myself but failed.
Can some-one make reshade with violet lense flare for Witcher 3 ? Like it was in e3 footage.

This is pretty much VERY similar to the anamorphic lens flare shader in ReShade. All you have to do is change the color and texture and you will have a very very similar result
