Hey, I was wondering if its possible to write a shader that could render an 'atmospheric halo' effect for a spherical object; a planet more precisely.

This is what the game normally looks like;

Using AdaptiveFog and the UIMask.png I was able to create an illusion of the effect that I'm after;

The UIMask simply won't do unfortunately, since you're able to zoom in on the planet, resulting in this;

I've been trying to find a shader like this on the forum, but had no luck.

The game is Superpower 2 if anyone's curious.

While I'm not a coder in any way, I'm going to say no here. ReShade AFAIK can't detect objects, only color.

Thanks for replying, I figured that'd be a deal-breaker, which is a damn shame because its so close to looking like the Google Maps/Google Earth globe.
