Easiest way would be to open up the Monochrome shader is SweetFX and add this line before the return,
colorInput.rgb = 1.0 - colorInput.rgb;
Just make sure the file saves as a .h file.
Set the Monochrome_color_saturation to 1.00 and you're good to go!
