Hello, today found a amazing mod that remove shimmering completely, is there any shader that can do this??

The game is Alien Isolation and the mod is "Alias Isolation: an anti-aliasing mod"

Here is a video:

These shimmering moving alias are so distracting and remove the game immersion

That's a mod which uses some of the game's default shaders to produce a temporal anti aliasing. TAA sadly cannot be achieved with ReShade.
You can blur the edges but the "crawling" or shimmering will still be there unfortunately.

To add to what Insomnia said: If you examine the picture closely while turning Alias Isolation on and off you'll realize that the mod removes a slight fisheye view that's causing the horrible shimmering in the vanilla game. While the mod is great it's not really magic, unfortunately.

The mod adds proper Temporal AA, has nothing to do with fov or distortion effects.
