CoolRetroTerminal Shader (Terminal Color removal)

Hello guys

Matsilagi created this Shader
It has an "Terminal Color" option ( you get RGB color over your image)
so your game is completely Green Red Blue etc.

i just want the Noise , Jitter adjusting
i tried removing the "Terminal Color'' in the code
but to no success it doesnt even recognize the shader if i do that

OR can anyone recommend me a shader which include jitter , noise
like in Mame to get an effect of an Crt
