Realistic water shader for sims?

Hey! First time posting.

I would like to request a water surface shader that only applies to the in game water. Like, not the whole game.
Idk if something like this already exists, but in that case, point me there pls

This is not possible with ReShade, since ReShade operates in screen space and does not provide any world-information (it cannot get that, since it is a generic injector and not targeted at a specific game).
