I know there is a CAS mod that works in VR but what about lumasharpen?

CAS working in VR has been a godsend. VR games suffer from blurriness and shimmering often, especially games like skyrimVR and a township tale. Supersampling alone is often not enough, and we need sharpening filters. In flat games I like using both CAS+Lumasharpen together, can I do the same in VR? Is there a lumasharpen that works in VR like CAS? How hard would it be to have those effects work in VR as well?
