Most OLED displays already include pixel shift, pixel refresh, and panel refresh to reduce chances of burn-ins, but maybe a consistent shader noise can further improve the situation. It obviously wouldn't prevent anything and there is already film grain and dithering that can help. If some other kind of screen noise and/or shift could help and come in a form of a shader, I think it would be great.

This... is a really good idea!
Especially if you can configure the noise, pixel shift and frequency of shifting. It might provide just a little bit more protection in addition to the screen's own shifting now and then.
