Just as the title suggests. If the scene on average is bright say 0-255 is our luma then from 200-255 10% intensity, 160-199 30% and so on. I just am wanting to emulate a camera ISO.

take what ever grain filter you want and mask it with ColorMask in lineal [sic] mode.
