FFXIV - Error: X3004: Undeclared Identifier: 'VK_SNAPSHOT'

I never post for things since I'm decent at solving most problems myself or finding solutions via google, however, I'm at a loss for this one. DepthAlpha.fx has failed to compile for months, even after reinstalling and setting up, and updating it from github. It is the ONLY fx that doesn't compile. 

I'm sure it's something silly that I'm missing, and while I'm tech savvy this is slightly above my knowledge. Any help would be appreciated. It could even be as simple as the file shouldn't even exist anymore, I have no idea.
