How i can load preset from site ?

Hi guys !

I use reshade Version 3.1.1 on Arma 2. Its worked fine.
But all presets made for SweetFX 1.4 - 1.5 and have .txt format

sfx.thelazy.net/games/game/239/

how load him ? i dont understand... Please help )
