Sims 4 Completely Blurry (3.4 to 4.0.2)

I launched my game after the update and it’s completely blurry. I can’t see a single thing and I even went to the lengths to delete the older versions, uninstall, reinstall, repair the game, and update the game and it’s still blurry unless it completely delete the reshade.

just delete all your reshade files and reinstall , im using 4.0 with sims 4 and don't have this issue.
