I've checked all the forums to see if anyone else had this problem but can't find anything so I'm making a thread.

I have Sims 4.. trying to add reshade to it.. I'm suppose to have a d3d9.dll application extension (WHICH I DO HAVE) and I'm suppose to have a d3d9 config file but it's changed to a text document.. Have I done something wrong ? Help please

If you want check for file extension, check view settings of explorer before.
