Assistance porting shader chain from Reshade 0.10 to 4.9.1

Hey, I know this is a project I'm probably not capable of completing, but I'm trying to get this KODAK 5247 Technicolor 3 Strip BleachBypass (link) shader setup for MGSV:TPP ported over to modern Reshade. It was made for Reshade version Mainly I'm looking for some guidance on how to read the files to identify what shaders are being used, and with what settings.

In general, I'm thinking that I'd want to disable shaders in the setup down to just the static color adjustments, so a LUT can be generated. After that, I'd need to identify modern analogs to the other shaders in the setup and try and match it up by eye (assuming the settings aren't 1 to 1 with the modern versions).

Either way, I need some help on making heads or tails of the .cfg files so I can get an idea of what's going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
