MXAO depth buffer glitching with Assassin's Creed Black Flag

I'm trying to use MXAO with Assassin's Creed Black Flag, with the resolution 1280x1024, but it's not working properly, the only resolution that's shown to me in the Depth part is 1280x720. Even when I change the game resolution to 1280x720, RTGI still will have glitches.

It looks like Reshade is thinking the game's resolution is 1280x720 thanks to the letter boxes.
Changed scaling in nvidia control panel, still the same thing. This screen is an old HD LCD and it has 4:3 of aspect ratio.

Anyone know what's going on?
