Addition of Retroarch shader rewrites old Technicolor.fx

Hi, just letting people know as the Retroarch Shaders were added semi recently, that it conflicts with the legacy SweetFX Technicolor.fx

I've had to rename or remove the Retroarch shader as this is one that features heavily in my presets.

Would appreciate a re-naming so it doesn't happen in future releases. Either way, making others aware.
