This wasn't caused by the ReShade update, but NFAA got an update at the same time, which broke its D3D9 compatibility.
If you are not using the effect, can just delete the file. If you are using the effect, can download the previous version of it here:

There will also be a workaround in the next ReShade update to make the updated effect work in D3D9.
