How can I fix the "RealLongExposure.fx" setting failing to compile error x4509 "target has 4 slots, manual bind to slot s5 failed"

edit of problem since I can't seem to delete post: Is it possible to use reshade and devtools at the same time? Since both programs use the d3d9.dll only one can work at the same time...
