reshade causing micro stuttering in GTA

GPU: RTX 3070
CPU: AMD ryzen 5 5600X

when installing Reshade my frames drop sometimes and cause micro stuttering in GTA, uninstalling reshade fixes it.
any fixes or so?

only used vibrance + technicolor2 + xhair
