border.fx not showing at top and bottom of screen in either fullscreen or window

Hi,

I am currently trying to get the border.fix working for my sinden lightguns but i cannot get the top and bottom of the border to show on the screen.

I have tried in various teknoparrot games and in various resolutions in both full screen and windowed but the border is always the same, no border at top and bottom of screen but left and right work. 

I have no scaling on in windows.

Any help to resolve would be appreciated as I cannot find any solutions from searching.
