I would like to start this off with I'm new to modding and most phrasing goes over my head. I recently wanted to try and add a shader to swtor and after finding one i learned i needed to download reshade, after doing so i became aware that my lightsabers were bugged and so too many other effects. After learning of what i needed to do to fix this i went to find the ini file but it didn't exist or it didn't show up , so again i tried to figure out what to do and from what I've read im still so confused. There is no box for me to check to allow ini files (im on windows 11) , I've tried deleting and redownloading reshade but still no file , some of what i read said to download it straight into the game file i tried that but all the download does is download the setup for reshade. I'm hopeful that i could get a answer to my problems or maybe a step by step cause again im new and my head hurts from just trying to understand the basics.
