Turn on issues in GitHub

It would be great to have a single place to talk about issues relating to the source (not with the application)

I turned them off because they were starting to get spammed with help requests and or shader related questions rather than actually useful discussions on the source code. But I'll turn them on again for a while and see how things go this time around.

hello crosire, sorry for asking this question, dont mean to spam you, i was just wonderng if this project is still alive? I have been waiting for updates since april 1st. Could you please re-release the old versions at least, because 3.0 doesnt work on some games. Sorry for asking this man...
