Add Option to Enable/Disable Shader Paths. (Not just Delete them)

I'm testing out all the different shaders and it would be nice if I could add all of their Paths to the Settings, but then Enable/Disable each Path as I am testing.  (Or even bind them to a profile.  So a profile has it's own set of paths enabled).
