Very long startup time when using Reshade, about 30 seconds and it doesn't depend on the game, I've already disabled the antivirus and all sorts of overlays, rolled back to an older version. The only thing is that I haven't rolled back to an older version of the driver AMD

It turned out that if you disable Zapret, the game starts normally. Apparently, Reshade sends some request to the Internet and conflicts with Zapret, and after a 30-second timeout, the game starts.
