I have changed the title to GRAPHICS_DRIVER_TDR_FAULT (116). When the game crashed, it's just rebooted without any on screen messages , goes black. Waited for a while and the dos screen came up to select Windows / safe mode.
Once in windows login, there is this event error saying 'You have encountered a blue screen error BCCode 116. I have previously attached the crash dump analysis.

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2

Corrupt driver file? I think that's a Nvidia driver file at least, if so which version are you using and have you tried a full uninstall and re-install of that (or a newer.) driver? (A "clean install" as it's called, DDU or Display Driver Uninstaller should be helpful for this.)

EDIT: From searching around (Video_TDR_Failure) it seems the display driver crashed and it couldn't reset correctly thus the BSOD, that doesn't answer what causes said BSOD though.

EDIT: Doesn't seem to be a corrupt file, found a GeForce.com thread with other users having the same GPU crash.

I have used Driver Fusion ( driver sweeper) to clean up. Reinstalled.
Was using NVidia driver 353.62
Nvidia new driver came out today. 355.60 I will test it.

Edit : no luck with new driver 355.60 , same TDR 116. But I managed to play longer than 10 mins, around 1/2 hour.
Warning: Spoiler!
