Cod waw unhandled exception caught (Let's hope @crosire would see this one)

Hello,

I am having game crash at call of duty 5: world at war and error is looking as: ''unhandled exception caught''. I am saying due of whenever i delete the reshade from cod waw game works just good as new. I am still not sure but reshade was working great 2-3 months ago (I installed older versions but still crash happening)

lmao this looks like a pc or user problem because COD5WAW on my side is just working fine on the latest version of ReShade 6.6.2. if you want help with a quick response join the discord.

Hello odik, finally somebody has responded for gods sake (I acted like baby maybe but i only play few games with my friends so). Also i didn't write that detail here before but crashing is happening due of changing presets (When i want to change presets to another ones and they're just fine at other games). Himm thanks for your dc invite but i don't use that program anymore due of my bad experiences.

Edit1: The problem might be happening because of my pc yeah as you writed to here, me. That's why i will do format to this pc. If i can delete this topic just mods can delete it so. Cheers.

The reason why the game crash when changing presets on older games is because of D3D9. the only fix is to delete the shaders that you don't use for faster compile or just use DXVK.

Well i never tried both of these options (Like i always install all shaders shown at reshade install phase). Can you tell me little bit about DXVK? And is there good source of how can i install that one also? Due of i don't wanna mess up my game files again so.

Alrighty, i made some searches and found out that only ''d3d9.dll'' (32 bit version) file needed to be copied/pasted to cod's folder. Did it this way and let me try it.

Update1: Game isn't even opening so (My graphics cards is: amd radeon rx 560 series)

Alright i just did format to pc and wondered this game again and saw that game is runs good as new but still crashing at shader changes (Like whenever i change to some reshade shaders/effects game is just crashing). And sorry for spam but yeah.
