still trying to install reshade, get this error message

I seem to be having the same problem and have zero clue how to fix it!
For me the error appears after I try and select which game to install to. If anyone knows how to fix this help would be appreciated.

It appears the .NET Framework configuration on your system is completely broken. It's not able to find the "webRequestModules" section in the .NET Framework machine.config. This is not a ReShade setup issue, it's an issue with your system. You could try repairing with
www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135
.

The repair didn't seem to work, but switching to windows 11 seems to have fixed whatever the issue was.
