Smart App Control blocks ReShade

I want to run Richard Burns Rally with ReShade and it was working okay for a week. Until today it just stopped working giving the following error message (see picture). I reinstalled ReShade but this did not fix the issue. When I disable Smart App Control the issue is resolved. However, I don't want to put my PC under risk by disabling SAC. I am on Windows 11. Could you guy please assist here? Thanks.
