This is the first time I have experienced this on GTA V. On Windows 8.1 I never had problems, but for some reason when ReShade launches with Windows 10 it says GTA V has stopped working and it will not Launch. Even the older versions of ReShade will not work on GTA V. With an older version of 0.19.2 I was told on a Forum to rename the ReShade64.dll to d3d9.dll and to rename ProxyLibrary=ReShade64.dll to ProxyLibrary=d3d9.dll now this did work only with 0.19.2, but once I turned off my computer and rebooted GTA V I had the same problem all over again and haven't been able to get it to work since.
