Help with Reshade - All My Settings Keep Getting Reset

Hello guys, just wondering if anyone here can help me.
I use MSFS2024 and have always used reshade without a problem.

I needed to reinstall MSFS 2024 today, and reinstalled reshade.
No problem other than some message about small default stack size which I have never had before, but Reshade still worked.

But then when I came to run the sim again, all my settings had reset to default, keybinds for toggle, screenshot locations etc., etc., and the preset wasn’t loaded and I had to select it again.

This is now the same on every restart of the sim. Anyone have any idea what is going on?

My reshade.ini (which I presume is where settings are stored) looks very sparse.

I clicked on properties on this file and made sure it was not set to Read Only.

I am really stuck...
