[SOLVED] Guild wars 2 Issue

I just watched the WP video on reshder for Gw2 and first of all good job on the program. But i cant seem to make it work. I put the .dll in bin folder i rename it to d3d9.dll and i put the mastereffect .h folder and reshder.fx on bin folder but when i run the game while it initializes i get an error report :

Any ideas ?

Ok after 5 hours of searching I finally found the reason so I will leave this post here for future reference you have to disable the "razerstatsmanager.exe " which runs cause of razer synapse if you have any razer hardware on.
