Had this since july didnt realise it was rehade until now as other had same issue. Managed to pinpoint to this.
Sweetfx works fine in windowed and windowed fullscreen just not fullscreen.
Okay m8y fixed it so simply.. Solution = Renaming dxgi.dll to d3dll.dll dafuq why does this even work
