Moved FO4 to new disk; Reshade now fails

In short: I moved Fallout 4 to a new SSD and after I launch the game, Reshade fails and throws up an entire screen of red errors, stating it's looking for all the reshade files in the old file locations, EG: looking in / when the files now sit in F:/

How do I get reshade to look to the correct disk location instead?

You apparently installed ReShade via the assistant tool: The tool creates a symlink in the application folder to the shader files, which now points to the wrong destination. To fix it, recreate the application profile in it. This should not affect your preset.
