Need help updating reshade from github

I have downloaded 1.1.0 and replaced the old ReShade folder and the ReShade.fx but the Mediator keep saying that I lack the admin rights or it is missing files. I've tried to run it as a Admin but I got the same results. So, have I deleted something important?

Please, advise in how to update ):

As stated before, the current version on GitHub only works with ReShade 2.0. Same goes for the Mediator (which will be called ReShade Assistant from now on btw.). Both were not yet released to the public.
