Hello All,
I have a bit of a pickle on my hands. FSX has stopped loading at all. to the point of not getting to the splash screen.
Relevant system info:
Flight Simulator X: Acceleration
Nvidia Inspector Installed - with the following settings:

D3d10 preview: no effect on start failure
Reshade+sweetfx from homepage
problem: Fails to Launch to splash screen. Loads approx 5-8mb of data then hangs. Will load and crash when d3d9.dll is removed then crash when program gets to home screen.
Attempted solutions:
run fsx.exe as admin
enable D3D10 preview
copy reshade32.dll, rename to d3d9.dll, back up original d3d9.dll, copy/paste renamed reshade32.dll in main game folder
backup then delete fsx.cfg
backup then delete shaders in appdata folder
uninstall reshade+sweetfx - works
redownload and install
attempt reshade framework
pray to the flight gods
search the forums for similar problems
