ReShade64.dll and ReShade32.dll problem

Whenever I go to add sweetfx to a game it says that It can't copy the files in subject. It does that or it says it can't find it. Ive tried for multiple games and not only that but iv'e seen youtubers who've done the same game and it worked fine. Anyone know how to fix this?
