Okay so. I've used ReShade on DA:I before with absolutely no problems but I'm having a 'mare of a time with my new laptop. When I pop the files in my root folder, and launch the game, it comes up with the "compiling ReShade... Succeeded" note then freezes. I changed the name of the dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll after googling, which allows the game to run but there's no loading text and no effects are applied. I've tried windowed and fullscreen, I always run as administrator. I'm using an Nvidia GTX 960M video card with Origin disabled in game and nothing else overlaying on top.
