Rehooked DX11::Present crashes with ReShade

Dear crosire,

I've developed an add-on for Flight Simulator X and Prepar3D which hooks inside DX11 functions to allow for some advanced operations.

how would I be able to get in touch with you to resolve an issue with Present() crashing some time (and a variable number of calls) after the D3D Device is lost?
